Remember: Your Defense attorney/Public Defender must obtain an agreement from the District Attorney, the Probation Department or Sheriff's Department and of course the final decision will be made by the Judge to allow you to serve your sentence on our offender-paid supervised EM program. The Judge will then write a Minute Order with your sentence and any other directives you must be in compliance (i.e taking anger management course, alcohol classes, etc.)
