Offender Protocol
Judicial Options.Com requires that the offender wear the PureOne GPS Ankle Bracelet and once installed, is in our "electronic custody" until the completion of the sentence mandated by the Judge's Minute Order.
Our obligation is to the Court first and foremost in carrying out the Minute Order's directives pertaining to said offender.
While on the GPS tracking device the offender must follow the protocol listed below:
1. Do Take Showers only
2. Do Not Take Baths
3. Do Not Go Swimming
4. Do Charge your Tracking Unit 30 minutes in the Morning and 30 Minutes in the Evening. Failure to do so will result in the Unit making a loud audible sound and vibrate until the Tracking Unit is in its Charging Station.
5. Do Not Use an Extension Cord with the Charging Station, it must be plugged directly into a wall socket.
6. Do Not Tamper with the strap, we will receive a Text Message and our agents will contact you immediately if the duration of the tamper is more than five minutes and that is considered a Violation and we must report the incident to the Court.
