Mission Statement
Judicial Options.Com is dedicated to providing a viable alternative to jail for non-violent, employed people living in California.
We serve as a bridge between the traditional EM program provided by the Probation and Sheriff's Departments for cases approved by the Judges which includes out-of-jurisdiction cases in California.
We are not here to judge, the Client has already been through that process with the Courts
First and foremost our commitment is to make sure the Client complies with all court-ordered directives written on the Minute Order by the Judge.
Our goal is to get the Client through our EM program discreetly so that he or she may continue to take care of their families and maintain their employment status. We have a strict confidentiality policy.
This alternative to jail is an opportunity to save the taxpayers of California the cost of housing a non-violent, employed person in the local county jails and ease the financial burden of the Courts and law enforcement agencies due to severe budget cuts.
